1. Warranty - Universal stands behind AquaO2 to the full extent of its responsibilities in accordance to the guidelines established by the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Statement of Privacy - We respect the Right to Privacy and Sanctity of Proprietary Ownership of all internet users and consumers and therefore will not disclose any information to any third party whatsoever.

3. Rights Reserved Contents - It is forbidden to copy or distribute in any manner any content on this site outside of personal, non-website, non-commercial use including digital to digital, digital to analog or by any other process unless you obtain prior written authorization from the Site Administrator.  We will assist those involved  in science, education, information and technology and ask that you  contact us through the Support page in order to obtain the appropriate permissions.

4. Shipping of on-line orders - We ship overseas direct to consumers, worldwide. All shipping costs, domestic and international, for orders made on-line, will be borne by the customer. All domestic Taiwan consumers must pay for express delivery. We will only charge what it costs to ship.

5. Delivery from off-line sales - We will provide the name of a representative best suited to handle orders for your area if you request. You will be happy to know that our Associate's may be willing to provide door step service at a savings.

6. Minimum Orders - There is a minimum order of two cases of AquaO2 for each order, no exceptions.
